Based in Beijing, he previously served as General Manager for the Asia-Pacific operations of a US company specializing in high-fidelity power-plant simulators, leading multicultural engineering and commercial teams across China and Asia. His experience covers business development, strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, project execution, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and long-term client support. With deep knowledge of both Western business expectations and Chinese business practices, Arnaud brings a practical, hands-on approach to helping clients reduce risk, manage complex technical projects, and move business forward with confidence.
