How We Work

At Aomi, we support clients throughout the full decision-making process for power plant simulator projects, whether they are purchasing a new simulator, upgrading an existing one, or reviewing the cost and scope of a vendor proposal.

We start by understanding the client’s operational needs, technical requirements, budget constraints, and project risks. We then help define the right approach, review available simulator companies, prepare or clarify tender specifications, and compare vendor proposals from both a technical and commercial perspective.

For upgrade projects, we help clients assess whether the proposed scope is justified, identify unnecessary costs, review alternatives, and negotiate a better balance between price, performance, and long-term value.

Our role is independent and practical: we help clients make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and achieve a better outcome from simulator vendors, from initial evaluation through contract negotiation, project execution, testing, and final acceptance.
